August, Lang & Husak crashed cars in the desert to create a TV PSA on distracted driving for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. The AAOS physicians wanted viewers to know that they’d rather help keep peoples’ bones strong – than put them back together. The campaign’s theme, “Behind the wheel, there is no such thing as a small distraction” was echoed in airport dioramas and radio as well.
