**May 2 marked**[ **Barry Reicherter’s**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/barryreicherter/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) **final day with Finn Partners (**and previously Widmeyer Communications) after “17 years of meaningful, challenging, and deeply rewarding work. Rather than simply say goodbye, I wanted to mark this moment (with the help of [Istrico Productions](https://www.linkedin.com/company/istrico-productions/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com)) in a way that reflects how I see this transition—not as a split between an “innie” and “outie” (Severance fans, you’ll get it), but as one whole person carrying forward everything I’ve learned, built, and led.”

On LinkedIn, [Reicherter](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7328454950169026563/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) wrote “I’m grateful for the FINN/Widmeyer colleagues, clients, and collaborators who’ve made the journey so worthwhile. And I’m energized for what’s ahead. I’m now open to new full-time opportunities and consulting projects that need data-driven AI-infused marketing, strategic communications, competitive intelligence, digital transformation, or brand positioning—especially in complex sectors where clarity and creativity matter.”
