**LEWIS, a global marketing and communications agency, appointed** **Caren Auchman** as Senior Vice President and head of the firm’s D.C. office in support of the agency’s growing East Coast operations. Auchman joined from FleishmanHillard, where she helped lead the public affairs practice across energy, tech, manufacturing, consumer products and healthcare verticals. She has more than a decade of experience in media relations, reputation management and crisis communications in the public and private sectors.

**Sage Communications has been awarded two MarCom Awards**. Sage won a MarCom Platinum Award for a six-piece direct mail campaign for Merkle Response Management Group. The firm created the “Grow With Us” campaign based on the similarities between cultivating plants and cultivating donor engagement and retention. Sage was also given the MarCom Gold Award for their work on S&R Foundation’s 2016 Annual Report. The agency displayed vital information in an intriguing way by turning it into an adult coloring book.

**Susan Davis International** received the Gold Stevie Award for Communications or PR Campaign of the Year for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation Hidden Heroes Campaign and a Silver Stevie Award for a Women-Run Workplace of the Year – More Than 10 Employees – Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations and Business Services.
