**The Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association** (AMA) announced its executive board for the 2016-2017 chapter year, led by incoming president **Dov Hoffman** of Right Source Marketing, a leader of the chapter since 2009.

In addition to Hoffman, several other executive board members will return for 2016-2017\. **Joe Wagner**, past-president for 2015-2016 will return as a board member, and **Eileen Gwin** will serve as immediate past-president. **Philippe Lerner**, vice president of finance, and **Seth Geller**, vice president of sponsorship, will both remain in their roles for 2016-2017.

**Kevin Stever** joins the executive board as secretary. The chapter’s previous secretary, **Mira Lares**, will take on the newly created role of vice president of mentorship and professional development. Lares will work to implement a mentorship program pairing young marketing professionals with seasoned executives from the Baltimore area in a guided series designed to advance their careers and professional growth.
