# Baltimore Communications Companies Make Inc.’s “Fastest-Growing” List

**Four communications companies** are among *Inc.* magazine’s ranking of the 10-fastest-growing companies in Baltimore.

> Promotional items company IVY Services, LLC is ranked No. 5 with $7.1 million in revenue and a three-year growth rate of 245 percent. The company is headed by **Vicki Young**, president and CEO;

> Ranking No. 6 is Groove, the marketing, web design and development agency with 2014 revenue of $4.2 million (194 percent three-year growth rate). **Ethan Giffin** is CEO;  
>  
> No. 7 is Planit, the agency headed by **Matt Doud** and **Ed Callahan**, with 17.8 million in revenue and a 188 percent three-year growth rate;  
>  
> The eighth fastest growing company on *Inc.*’s Baltimore list is Mindgrub, with $4 million in revenue and a 178 percent growth rate. **Todd Marks** is president and CEO.
