**At Profiles, Inc., Amy Burke Friedman was promoted to president** and **Jamie Watt Arnold** is now senior vice president. **Mitch Case** joins from the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts as account executive, while **Amy Elias** takes the title of founder and CEO.

At Warschawski, **Abigail Wadsworth** joined as associate from Brand Launcher in Baltimore.

Himmelrich PR announced a new client, **La Cuchara**, a Basque restaurant in Hampden/Woodberry.

STX hired **Jessica Bieber** as a brand manager to develop and manage an integrated communication strategy for women’s lacrosse. Previously, she was director of strategic communications and media at Fallston Group. Also at STX, **Nate Cundy** was promoted to assistant marketing manager of digital communications.

**Graham Burch** joined Enradius as senior sales manager from the *Baltimore Business Journal* where he was an account executive.

In Annapolis, Link Labs, LLC, announced that **Bryan M. Eagle III** has joined as vice president of business development and marketing.
