**Biz Stone, one of Twitter’s co-founders,** will be rejoining the San Francisco-based company with a focus on helping guide company culture and shaping its image externally, reports [Adweek](http://www.adweek.com/digital/twitter-co-founder-biz-stone-is-rejoining-the-company-to-shape-its-culture/??ref=capitolcommunicator.com), which added that in a post published on Medium, another company that Stone co-founded, “Stone said that he visited the headquarters a few months ago and realized the company was “the most important work” of his life. While on stage during a talk with CEO and fellow co-founder Jack Dorsey, Dorsey asked him to come back. (Stone [originally left the company](http://www.adweek.com/digital/twitter-co-founder-biz-stone-leaves-twitter-to-join-one-of-twitters-early-investors/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) in 2011 at the six-year mark.)

“In his new role, Stone’s focus will be to “to guide the company culture, that energy, that feeling” while working closely with Dorsey and Twitter CMO Leslie Berland, who [joined Twitter last year](http://www.adweek.com/digital/twitter-hires-former-amex-exec-leslie-berland-its-new-cmo-169206/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) from American Express.

“In March, Stone sold Jelly—another company he co-founded—to Pinterest.”
