# Buzz in Baltimore: Hires and Promotions at MGH and GKV

**MGH promoted four employees** within its interactive, media and public relations/social media teams:

**Kristi Betz** has been promoted to vice president, public relations and social media account director;

**Katie Cresswell** is now vice president, interactive operations director. She leads the agency’s interactive department and oversees interactive efforts, including website development projects;

**Melissa Gray** to vice president, integrated media. She oversees all digital media efforts on behalf of clients, as well as manages traditional media efforts for a variety of accounts; and,

**Lane Routzahn** is now social media marketing account executive. She supports social media efforts for several accounts, including Great American Cookies, DASH IN and Vectren.

**GKV added four new employees**:

**Lauren Bottaro** was named public relations account executive, joining from the Pennsylvania Lottery where she was public relations specialist and social media manager;

Previously a marketing intern for Chevy Chase Trust, **Caraline Brown** is now public relations assistant account executive;

Former GKV intern **Marisa Daeschner** is now assistant account executive; and,

**Kristin Quinn**, assistant account executive, joins from The Green Turtle Towson where she was marketing manager.
