**Tim Moorhead**, previously creative communications manager at Adashmore Creative, joins **Maryland Live Casino** as social and digital media specialist.

**Orange Element** in Fells Point announces a promotion and two hires: **Andy Bonner** has been promoted to design director. **Caroline Torba** is now director of operations and **Jess Langley** joins as designer.

**Justin Franklin** joins **Response Labs, Inc**. as digital marketing manager.

Previously special projects coordinator with the Maryland Office of the Governor, **Jill Kubatko** is now marketing and communications manager at the **Maryland State Arts Council**.

**Michelle Lawrence** is now director of marketing and communications at **Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake**.
