# Caffeine and Creative at Planit’s New Office

**Baltimore’s Planit, which recently moved to newly renovated office space on Key Highway**, plans to open a coffee shop in August to serve employees as well as the public. Order & Chaos will serve gourmet coffee, espresso, cappuccino, teas and an assortment of light fare in the 1,100-square-foot shop connected to Planit’s new location at 1414 Key Highway.

“Planit’s move to South Baltimore inspired us to discover how we can continue to connect with the community and make our mark in more ways than one,” said **Matt Doud**, president and co-founder of Planit in a release. “The Order & Chaos Coffee brand emerged from the desire to generate a new, local spot for neighbors and commuters to relax and recharge in an atmosphere that reflects the energizing and creative culture of Planit.”

Planit appointed **Ryan Herzing** to serve as general manager of Order & Chaos Coffee. Herzing has nearly 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as general manager of Roti Mediterranean Grill in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he was area supervisor for Venti Tre Modern Italian, operating the restaurant’s Baltimore and Gaithersburg locations.

“Coffee fuels our creative process, and coffee shops and cafes have traditionally served as hubs for collaboration and inspired thinking,” said **Ed Callahan**, co-founder and creative strategist at Planit. “As we continue to build cult followings for our clients’ brands, we thought it would be fitting to extend our agency into this stimulating community venture, and Order & Chaos Coffee was borne out of that vision.”

Order & Chaos Coffee selected Pfefferkorn Coffee, Inc., a family-operated roasting company that has been supplying Baltimore with premium coffee since 1900, to create custom blends of aromatic, smooth brews.
