**According to award-winning photographer** [**Cade Martin**](https://cademartin.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com), [KINETIK,](https://kinetik.care/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) a full-service, strategic communications firm creating innovative print and digital media solutions, reached out to see if he would “team up and collaborate on some image making for a bio lab in Rockville, Maryland, and I was interested right away.

“Once the project was a go, it was off for a few days of photographic adventure at the busy [REGENXBIO](https://regenxbio.com/home/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) labs with the wonderful **Sam Shelton** from KINETIK. Shooting for this photo library, working with lab protocols, a very active workplace and some unexpected logistics, was exactly what I love about photography – crawling on the floor, finding the shot, collaborating and problem solving.
