# Crosby donates 650 hours and $20K to local charities during Inspiring Actions That Matter™ Day

[**Crosby Marketing Communications**](http://crosbymarketing.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) **hosted its 13th annual Inspiring Actions That Matter™ Day,** continuing its long tradition of community service. Partnering with three local nonprofits, Crosby employees donated more than 650 hours of volunteer service and $20,000 to benefit the community. 

 Crosby worked in partnership with these charities:

- [Providence of Maryland](https://providenceofmaryland.org/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives. The Crosby team beautified spaces and greenhouses in the Arnold, MD, location.
- The [Baltimore Station ](https://www.baltimorestation.org/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com)provides residential treatment programs to veterans suffering from homelessness and substance abuse disorders. The team prepared and served lunch for residents and hosted yoga and other wellbeing activities.
- [Coastal Conservation Association](https://www.ccamd.org/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) (CCA) is a nonprofit focused on the conservation and restoration of coastal marine resources. Crosby supported its [Living Reef Action Campaign](https://www.ccamd.org/living-reef-action-campaign/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) by building oyster reefs at the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center.
