# Crosby Marketing Communications Adds to Team

**Crosby Marketing Communications** announced two additions to the agency’s team:

**Andrea Terry**, left, joins the integrated marketing firm as an Integration Director in the firm’s Healthcare Practice. She has more than two decades of experience in marketing management. Before coming to Crosby, she held senior positions in the agency and corporate worlds – most recently with MDAgree and Inovalon Inc. – for which she handled major programs for health systems, managed care providers and pharmaceutical companies. She is well versed in patient and clinical education, health population management programs, and the development of digital marketing and online collaboration platforms.

Crosby’s newest Senior Social Media Strategist, **Katie Roberts,** has 15 years of experience leading social media strategy and engagement efforts, most recently with Laureate Higher Education, an international network of higher education institutions. For Crosby clients, she will develop and manage cross-channel marketing and social media strategies, and conduct social listening and measurement programs to optimize results.
