# D.C.-area agency updates: Powell Tate, Sage Communications and Bellrae Marketing

**Powell Tate, the public affairs unit of** [**The Weber Shandwick Collective**](https://www.odwyerpr.com/pr%5Ffirms%5Fdatabase/2110/weber-shandwick.html?ref=capitolcommunicator.com)**,** appoints **Joshua Wu,** above, as SVP president of analytics + intelligence. According to O’Dwyer’s, Wu comes to the agency from Marina Maher Communications, where he was SVP of performance analytics. Before that, he was a VP at Edelman Data & Intelligence. Based in DC, Wu will oversee a team of analytics talent at Powell Tate and across Weber Shandwick’s South Geo, including Baltimore, Dallas and Atlanta.
