**Dan Horowitz joined LinkedIn’s Washington office** as director of advocacy and campaigns. According to Politico, Horowitz, formerlyexecutive vice president and senior partner at FleishmanHillard in D.C.**,** will be working with advocacy and campaign leaders on their marketing and outreach efforts.

**The International Coach Federation**, based in Lexington, Ky, and billed as the leading organization dedicated to advancing the art, science and practice of professional coaching, named **Stanton Communications** its global public relations agency of record. The selection came as the culmination of an extensive agency search process conducted for ICF by **RFP Associates**. Stanton Communications’ offices are in D.C., NYC and Baltimore.

**Van Eperen, based in Rockville, Md, hired Halley Henry** as assistant account executive after serving as an intern. Her responsibilities include day-to-day account support for a variety of local and national clients in the transportation, education and healthcare sectors. Henry graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication with a concentration in public relations.
