**Mayor Muriel Bowser and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) announced the launch of applications for the Fiscal Year 2026 Vitality Fund and Growth Fund.** These targeted incentive programs are designed to attract, retain, and expand businesses in high-growth industries, specifically encouraging marketing and communications firms, professional services, and technology companies to grow their presence within the District.

As part of Mayor Bowser’s Growth Agenda, these funds aim to diversify the District’s economy, drive downtown revitalization, and fill commercial office space.
