# Devaney & Associates Takes Top Honors at PRSA Maryland Chapter’s “Best in Maryland” Awards

**Devaney & Associates took top honors last night** at the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Maryland chapter’s “Best in Maryland” awards dinner held at the Hilton Baltimore and attended by nearly 200 professionals. The Towson-based Devaney’s “Best of Show” was for Carroll Hospital Center’s Orthopaedic Campaign in the Integrated Marketing Communications category. Other recognition during the event included **Bonnie K. Heneson**, founder of Owings Mills-based Bonnie Heneson Communications, who won the Lifetime Achievement Award, **Dr. Leeanne M. Bell McManus**, an associate professor in the business communications department at Stevenson University, who won Educator of the Year, and **Kylie Muratore** of T. Rowe Price who was recognized as New Professional of the Year. Keynote speaker was former Baltimore Business Journal editor and Washington Post reporter **Terence O’Hara**, VP/Communications at UnitedHealthcare.
