AMADC Innovation Group Tech Series: The Digital Transformation Perspective

Marketing can and should be an innovation catalyst at the center of digitally transformed organizations. But, that means adapting to new ways of working and adopting technologies to support them. Internal transformation requires breaking down departmental silos, collaborating and redefining working relationship boundaries. To be agile, we must also be willing to integrate experimentation and testing into our mindset: fail fast, learn, and apply insights to our customer interactions to win them over and keep them engaged.

Next Thursday, Nov. 2, we’re bringing together a panel of leading digital experts—Jeff Raymond, VP of Product Strategy, AIA; Rick Bawcum, CEO / Founder of Cimatri; and Nancy Payne, Vice President, PeaceTech Lab—to share their personal experiences, insights, and results of their own organization’s ongoing digital transformation journey. Moderated by Marcus Frank—a digital transformation consultant who formerly led the digital transformation at the holocaust museum—the panel will take a case study approach (challenge, strategy, process and implementation, and results) to frame the topic and discuss how it relates to issues, technology tools and innovation facing marketers in today’s customer-centric landscape.
