This is the fifth in a series of Breakfast Breakthroughs for Association/nonprofit communicators sponsored by Kellen Communications.

The first year of a new administration and new Congress is a time for setting goals, forming alliances and shaping the national agenda. For associations and nonprofit organizations, navigating the Trump transition may present opportunities and challenges at the federal level. Communications and public affairs pros are encouraged to join this Breakfast Breakthrough event where we’ll examine what the outcome of the election means for organizations like yours.

Presenter: Chelsea Ritchie, Government Affairs Manager, Kellen
Chelsea keeps her thumb on the pulse of Washington politics as she works to impact legislative and regulatory outcomes at the federal and state levels for Kellen association clients. From analyzing and interpreting regulatory and legislative developments to drafting legislation, delivering testimony or representing clients at briefings, Chelsea helps associations to get a seat at the table when important decisions are being made. She has an M.A. in Political Management and Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University, and her B.A. in International Affairs with a Minor in Chemistry from The American University.
