From Ho-Hum to Hot Damn: How to Make Your Audience Take a Second Look with a Rebrand

It’s no secret that D.C. is ho-hummed as a city that doesn’t foster creativity. To combat that stigma, the American Marketing Association–DC Chapter (AMADC) underwent a branding overhaul to mirror the chapter’s prominence, professionalism and growth. Debbie Bates-Schrott, Bates Creative president and AMADC’s chief creative officer, has invited the team behind the AMADC rebrand to her talk show set. Panelists: Jennifer Fose, Art Director, Bates Creative; Mark DeVito, President and Chief Creative Officer, The Gigawatt Group; Scott Greenwell, Unleashed Technologies.
