Now its over 95% with the largest share using internet ads. The growth of Annapolis from a sleepy town in the 1950’s to a tourist mecca today can be largely attributed to the Annapolis boat shows and the building of Rt. 50 from Washington to Annapolis. Jobson will explain the connection and outline the impact on Annapolis tourism of the planned construction of the National Sailing Hall of Fame here.
