# FOVNDRY promotes Megan Neapolitan to president

[**FOVNDRY**](https://fovndry.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) **promoted Megan Neapolitan from chief operating officer to president.** In her expanded role, Neapolitan will focus on setting and realizing the vision of the agency, overseeing operations, strategic initiatives and organizational outputs.

Prior to joining FOVNDRY, Neapolitan’s career spanned roles in project management and client service, where, states a release, she “supported the brand and communications strategies for notable clients such as Volkswagen, VW Certified Pre-Owned, and Disney Corporate Alliances. An agency veteran, Megan’s leadership is deeply rooted in a growth mindset, viewing challenges and uncertainties not as obstacles but as essential catalysts for personal and professional development. This perspective has been instrumental in her approach to drive FOVNDRY forward, encouraging innovation, resilience, and a proactive approach to change within the team.”

Neapolitan earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University. She is a Pennsylvania native and now resides in Maryland with her three children and husband, **Jase Neapolitan**, who is Creative Director, and oversees creative and design for FOVNDRY and its clients.
