Baltimore-based digital marketing agency [**R2integrated (R2i)**](https://www.r2integrated.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com)said it has strengthened its account services offering by hiring **Catherine Young** as its vice president of strategy and account services, and **Jaime Falquez** and **Amanda Wood** as group account directors. Young previously worked at **Merkle**, Falquez at **Infosys** and Wood at **Wunderman WPP**.

[**Markstein**](https://markstein.co/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com), an independent, integrated communications agency, announced that **Jack Deschauer**, a seasoned crisis communications and corporate affairs executive, has joined its Washington, D.C., office as strategic consultant. Deschauer joins from **LEVICK**, where he spent seven years as a senior vice president, co-managing the corporate affairs practice and leading crisis teams.

Mobile advertising company [**Carvertise**](https://technical.ly/company/carvertise/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) has expanded into Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. The company is based in Wilmington, DE. [The advertising company pays everyday car drivers](https://technical.ly/delaware/2014/09/04/23-year-old-founder-wants-turn-car-rolling-billboard/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) to drive around with ads and brand messages on their vehicles. Carvertise decided to expand to the District after success in the Mid-Atlantic and demand from clients.
