[**– LMO Advertising**](http://www.lmo.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) **in Arlington adds two Amanda Blake** as a front-end developer in the agency’s Baltimore office, and **JP Welch** has been hired as a copywriter and will develop copy for a variety of client projects.

**–** [**iostudio’s**](http://www.iostudio.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) **D.C. office adds Jen Mears** to lead several government and nonprofit accounts. Mears formerly led marketing programs for Pizza Hut and Pepsi at New Heartland Group. **Stuart Johnson** joins from Sapient Government Services, filling the role of digital marketing manager. **Steve Wright** has been hired as digital copywriter, and **Megan Marcheterre** returned to iostudio in the role of project manager to help the company manage its digital campaigns and projects both in D.C., and Nashville. The agency also has promoted a number of staff, including **Keith Kawasaki** to VP/account services, **Gene Bedell** to VP/ marketing and **Jan Carlson** to VP/human resources.

[**– The Glen Echo Group** ](http://www.glenechogroup.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com)**adds three Associates:** **Jazmyn Blockson** joins from Congresswoman and Congressional Black Caucus Chair **Marcia Fudge**’s office; **Justin Cline** will specialize in visual storytelling through graphic design, video production and other communicative media; and **Angela Hooks** comes from FWD.us, an organization dedicated to getting the technology community more involved in issues and politics that affect their bottom lines.
