# Lissa Blackaby Forsterer Named Chief Growth Officer as RP3 Agency Plans for Expansion

According to a release, Forsterer brings more than 20 years of experience in business development and client engagement, with a proven track record of driving agencies’ growth strategies and achieving long-term success.

Forsterer joins RP3 after holding key growth and business development roles at both national and international agencies, where she helped scale operations, secure new business and enhance client relationships. Her experience includes working with clients in the technology, apparel and footwear industries.

While at her previous agency, Owen Jones and Partners, a design and brand experience agency in Portland, Oregon, Forsterer served as Vice President of Agency Growth resulting in significant gains in new accounts and billings while the agency grew its annual ranking on the Inc. 5000 as well as the Portland Business Journal Largest Creative Agencies and Fastest-Growing Private Companies in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
