Gliha will be based at Scripps’ Washington, D.C. bureau and will also contribute to Scripps’ over-the-air news network Newsy, reporting across all programming.

**Kate O’Brian**, head of the News Group, Scripps Networks, said, “Lori Jane’s addition magnifies our commitment to meaningful investigative journalism.” She added, “She will, no doubt, carry on her long track record of fearless reporting that holds the powerful accountable and impacts communities in a positive way.”

TVNewser states the award-winning journalist comes to Scripps from FOX31 in Denver, where she was their investigative reporter. Prior to that, she was a national correspondent for Al Jazeera’s America’s flagship news program America Tonight.
