# Martin Agency big winner at Richmond Show

**The Martin Agency was the big winner at the Advertising Club of Richmond’s annual Richmond Show, April 29,** sweeping the best-in-shows in the four agency competitions and taking home 12 awards overall. A total of 65 awards were presented in the show, which received 244 submissions, reports Richmond BizSense.

Martin’s best-in-shows were for its [Geico “Scoop There It Is” spot](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Znkvd5UvnNI&ref=capitolcommunicator.com), which won in the advertising competition among nontraditional campaigns; a self-promotion clip called [“Pass the Butter,”](https://vimeo.com/658015355?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) which won in the design competition; and for its [“Dogecan” social media campaign](https://vimeo.com/654194783/09ac832ae6?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) and “The Walk” spot for men’s grooming brand Axe, in the interactive and production competitions, respectively, continued the Richmond BizSense post.

Best-in-show in the student competition went to VCU Brandcenter’s Corey Hambly. His [“Water Warfare Supply Co.” case study](http://www.coreyhambly.com/liquid-death?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) for Liquid Death Mountain Water won in the nontraditional campaign category.

Gold awards in the four agency categories went to Alice Blue, Arts & Letters Creative Co. (2), Martin (3), SaltFire Studio and Wildfire.
