[Rebekah Pepper](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebekahpepper/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) (pictured left) joins the [National Pharmaceutical Council](https://www.linkedin.com/company/national-pharmaceutical-council/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) as Vice President, Communications. She’ll work closely with CCO [Michael Pratt](https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-j-pratt/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) to communicate NPC’s research and evidence with impact. Pepper joins from Adfero, where she was senior VP & head of its healthcare practice in a nearly five-year run. She also spent eight years at Subject Matter. According to O’Dwyer’s, “Pratt, NPC’s chief communications officer, has long admired Pepper’s work, and often thought that he’d love to work with her more often.”

[**Harley Brown** ](https://www.linkedin.com/in/harley-brown-b39726217/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com)(pictured right) joins BGR Group, as Client Services Liaison and Associate Events Coordinator, where she will work in tandem to oversee client scheduling and communications while also supporting the management and execution of BGR’s special events. Prior to joining BGR Group, Brown worked with Florida Health Care Association and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in the Division of Marketing and Development, where she supported organizational operations, event management and coordination, and various industry publications.
