**Adfero** announces additional leadership updates as it enters its 20th year of business. After serving as CEO for two years, and more than twenty with the firm, [**Darren Scher** ](https://www.linkedin.com/in/darrenscher/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com)steps into the role of Managing Director of Finance. [**Lauren Tyler**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laurenityler/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com), former Chief of Staff with more than ten years at Adfero, is named Chief Impact Officer, overseeing the firm’s external affairs and corporate strategy. [**Paul Mavrikes**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/paul-mavrikes-a5305a165/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) joins the firm’s senior leadership team as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the successful management of business operations. Mavrikes most recently served as the Director of Business Operations at Texas A&M’s Bush School of Government and Public Service in DC.

[**Matt Bueker**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/mattbuecker/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) started a new position as Director Marketing at **Baltimore Gas and Electric**. [**Amy Bobchek**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/amy-bobchek/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) (pictured) started a new position as Senior Vice President, Revenue at **EVERF**I, Workplace Culture and Compliance Training. Her leadership responsibilities include oversight of marketing, customer acquisition and post-sale customer journey.
