# Richmond’s Tilt Creative + Production acquires RainMaker Studios

**Richmond’s** [**Tilt Creative + Production**](https://tiltcp.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) **acquired audio production company** [**RainMaker Studios**](https://www.rainmakerstudios.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) to enhance in-house capabilities, expand service offerings and, states a release, further establish Richmond as a creative production hub.

Full- and part-time RainMaker employees are retained as part of the ownership agreement, including, adds the release, its deep bench of sound engineers, designers, composers, musicians and producers. RainMaker will preserve its name while **Kristin O’Connor**, former president of Rainmaker Studios, will assume a new role in business development as a senior consultant.
