# Stepping Up: Ray Glendening, Courtney Sieloff and Jennifer Heilman; Plus RMR Promotes Three

**Direct Impact,** a wholly-owned subsidiary of Burson-Marsteller, announced the addition of **Ray Glendening** as a senior vice president responsible for developing new and organic business growth. Glendening joins DI from McBee Strategic Consulting, where he served as VP of Innovation. DI is also bringing on **Courtney Sieloff** as VP. She most recently worked as the director of digital strategy for Proof Integrated Communications, a Burson-Marsteller company, where she managed the digital strategy for a variety of clients in the public affairs space.

**Stratacomm LLC a**nnounced the hiring of **Jennifer Heilman** as an account director in the company’s D.C. office. She will service the firm’s roster of government, trade association and corporate clients. Heilman specializes in communications strategy, project management, media relations and digital media. Most recently, Heilman served as a communications specialist for Arlington County Government.

**RMR & Associates** promoted three of its staff: **Sandra Schwartzman** was promoted to VP/PR, **Laura Asendio** was promoted to senior account executive, and **Cassey Elder** was promoted to account executive.
