**– IMRE, based in Hunt Valley, announced that Liz Carley** joined as account director in the firm’s home and building practice. She joins from Baltimore’s GKV. Also at Imre, **Ryan Jordan** was promoted to vice president, creative director, and **Bob Cavosi** joined as senior vice president in the financial services practice. Cavosi was previously senior vice president with Ogilvy Public Relations in New York;

**– Beth Wanamaker joined Nevins & Associates** as account executive, joining the Towson-based firm from the office of **U.S. Sen. Mark R. Warner (D-VA)** where she was press secretary;

**– Fallston Group in Bel Air** launched a monthly podcast, “15-Minutes Leadership Quick Hit,” offering insights and lessons from area executives. The inaugural podcast features an interview with **Mary Ann Scully**, chairman, president and CEO of Columbia-based Howard Bank; and,

**– Erik Wright joined The Cyphers Agency** in Annapolis as a web designer and front-end developer.
