# When Your Partner is Also Your Spouse: Adweek Profiles Design Army and HZ

**Two of the region’s agencies are profiled in *Adweek* for their management teams** that also happen to be husband and wife: **Jake** and **Pum Lefebure** of [Design Army](http://www.designarmy.com/?ref=capitolcommunicator.com) (above) and HZ’s **Jerry** and **Karen Zuckerman** (left).

**“Building a successful business is no easy feat, and neither is sustaining a successful marriage,”** according to *Adweek*. “Put the two together, and there are bound to be challenges and arguments every now and then. But there are a number of couples who run successful agencies together, because when two talented people with a rock-solid relationship and big ideas go into business together, things sometimes turn out great.”
