# WTOP Restructures Sales Department; Adds In-House Promotions

**WTOP and Federal News Radio** restructured their sales department and promoted long-time National Sales Manager **Jeffrey Wolinsky** to Director of Federal and National Sales. Wolinsky joined WTOP and Federal News Radio in 2002 as a local account manager but, for the past eight years, he has served as national sales manager.

With the addition of Wolinsky’s local responsibilities, WTOP and Federal News Radio promoted **Diane Pelton** to national sales manager to assist with national responsibilities. Pelton joined two years ago as an account manager. Prior to working at Hubbard Radio, she was a national sales manager for other stations in the D.C. market.
