# WWPR opens nominations for 2022 Emerging Leaders Awards

**Washington Women in Public Relations (WWPR) announced that nominations for the 2022 Emerging Leaders Awards (ELAs) are now open.**

Each year, states WWPR, “we honor six outstanding young women in the Washington, D.C., metro area who have excelled in public relations and related fields. This year’s ELAs will be an in-person, early evening event on Wednesday, June 22, including networking and the awards ceremony.”

You may nominate a rising star, between ages 25 – 35, in the following six categories:

- Small/Boutique Agency
- Mid-Sized Agency
- Global and Large-Sized Agency
- Government
- Non-Profit
- In-House

Nominations are open until May 27 and the event will be at LiUNA’s Rooftop, 905 Black Lives Matter Plz NW #400, Washington, D.C., 20006.
