Debra Silimeo, EVP at D.C.-based Hager Sharp, has left the firm and launched her own consultancy, the Silimeo Group. “It’s been a wonderful, amazing, challenging and fulfilling 18-plus years at Hager Sharp,” said Silimeo. “I’ve helped the firm navigate the death of our founder, Susan Hager; the transition to an employee-owned firm, and growth from 20 to more than 50 people while staying true to our mission of making a positive difference. It’s time for me to “Marie Kondo” my work life and focus solely on providing strategic communications for change agents working to make this crazy upside-down world a better place.”
