ADWKDC, which runs from October 15 – 21, is designed for advertising, marketing and communications professionals. And, attendees will be from every level in branding, advertising and PR agencies, tech companies, startups, media outlets, and corporate communications units working in and around Washington, D.C.
ADWKDC provides opportunities for networking along with keynotes, workshops and panels on relevant industry topics.
The event has taken many forms since its launch more than 10 years ago and has continued to evolve to best meet the needs of communicators in the region. Most recently, the cornerstone event has been a two-day conference featuring three tracks of programming: strategy, creative and media.
Other events that will take place during ADWKDC include hosted talks at various venues throughout the city, networking events and CREATE, a one-day event where teams composed of D.C.-area young professionals and college students work together to compete and create advertising campaigns for selected nonprofits.
