Agency updates from Whiteboard Advisors, Hart and Brink

Whiteboard Advisors announced that Natalia Battaglia, above, has (re)joined the firm as Senior Vice President. According to a release, Battaglia will drive strategic communications efforts across the firm’s diverse portfolio of clients, which spans early childhood, K–12, higher education, and workforce development. Battaglia most recently was Head of Communications for Common Sense Media, where she oversaw all external comms including executive thought leadership, media strategy, and public affairs. She previously led communications for two longtime W/A clients: Handshake, the largest early-career jobs platform in the U.S.; and General Assembly, the tech bootcamp pioneer.
Hart won a Silver ADDY Award at the 2025 American Advertising Federation (AAF) National Awards for creative work on the “Because Reasons” campaign developed on behalf of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) for Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The integrated campaign, states Hart, “personified Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) as that fun friend who’s always encouraging you to take that trip. Nostalgic travel poster-style illustrations were paired with vintage-looking luggage tags to romance exotic destinations, among other activations.”
Brink was awarded the Social Impact Award at the 2025 Tribeca X Awards for their short film Daniel Really Suits You, created in collaboration with the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. The Tribeca X Awards recognize excellence in brand-supported storytelling across film, audio and immersive media. According to a release, Daniel Really Suits You stood out for its cinematic realism and emotional honesty, offering a rare glimpse into one family’s lived experience without resorting to didactic messaging or issue-first filmmaking.
