Response Labs adds Kristian Almgren as Group Account Director. At Response Labs, he will lead the Client Services team. A musician and documentary filmmaker in past lives, he has more than 15 years of agency experience specializing in the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 brands in the CPG, gaming and retail spaces. Plus, he is, states Response Labs, creatively-led, audience-obsessed, data-driven and adopts a channel-agnostic approach.

FOVNDRY adds Je’Coven Norwood as a public relations account manager and Morgan Pavey as a marketing associate.  Norwood, states a release, comes to FOVNDRY with a wealth of experience and expertise in content development, strategic communications planning and a specialization in media relations campaigns. In her previous role, she held the title of Senior Manager of Media Relations, where she secured a range of clients across luxury fashion, commercial real estate, and entertainment sectors in local, regional and mainstream publications. As a member of the FOVNDRY team, Norwood will spearhead integrated communication strategies with a strong PR lens, bringing fresh perspectives to clients across the agency. Norwood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Howard University and a Masters of Professional Studies in corporate communications and public relations from Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies. Prior to joining FOVNDRY, Pavey worked in the hospitality and the performing arts industries. She is a classically trained professional actor who has acted, served as a teaching artist, and has managed operations within an improv theater school. Pavey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Fine Arts from The Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Academy with George Washington University.

Susan Davis International reports that after 15 years and a pandemic, the agency decided it was time for a new office and has moved to 1000 F St, NW, Suite 750, in D.C.
