American Advertising Awards-DC Gala Set for March 18

The American Advertising Awards-DC gala is set for March 18 from 6:30 to 10 p.m at the Newseum.

According to AAF DC, “this year’s event theme, “Advolution,” will feature a fun, retrospective look at the history of advertising over the past 50 years. You will enjoy perusing the gallery of finalists, a cocktail reception, iconic TV spokescharacters in costume interacting with our guests, a rocking DJ, a multi-media presentation on a forty-foot video screen, ticker animation, gobos, the ceremony to announce the 2015 American Advertising Award winners, and a festive post-ceremony reception that you will want to stick around for.”
