Newly appointed senior vice president adds extensive experience
delivering mission-level programs for government agencies
Andy Blenkle has joined Yes& as Senior Vice President, Public Sector, where he will oversee the agency’s business development efforts with a special focus on the federal government market. Blenkle brings 25 years of experience identifying, securing, and executing on mission-level government programs.

Blenkle most recently served as Vice President at Fors Marsh Group (FMG) where in six years he helped grow a 70-person research firm into a 400-person research and communications consultancy. At FMG, he was responsible for leading national client accounts, external marketing programs, and business development efforts that created positive social impact for clients. He also serves on the Arlington County Economic Development Commission (EDC) serving with other business leaders who provide strategic guidance to the County Board on Arlington’s economic health.
In his past executive-level experience, Blenkle served as President of iostudio, a digital marketing firm, and as Managing Director of WPP’s J. Walter Thompson Inside, an internal communications and recruitment advertising agency.
Earlier in his career, he led the Army National Guard recruitment advertising account for LMO in Arlington, VA, managed and conducted market research for the Coors Brewing Company at FCB in San Francisco, CA, led on-campus marketing efforts for VarsityBooks.com, and served as an infantry and recruitment advertising officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
His past clients include the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, AmeriCorps, National Institutes of Health, U.S. Army, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Department of State, Army National Guard, Nielsen, NBCUniversal, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes.
