Anthony Pappas and Kara Frank promotions
Anthony Pappas (pictured left) was recently promoted to chief marketing officer for DXC Technology, where he leads global marketing, brand, communications and customer engagement. Before joining DXC, Anthony served in several board roles and advised clients as a fractional chief marketing officer and chief creative officer. Previously, he was president and chief creative officer of DMI’s Global Brand Marketing and Customer Experience division, transforming it into the company’s top-performing profit center.
Earlier in his career, Anthony founded Pappas Group, a full-service digital creative agency that he built from the ground up and expanded across multiple U.S. markets. The firm worked with clients including AARP, Discovery Channel, Hilton, Toyota, Under Armour and Volkswagen, earning more than 1,000 industry awards. Following its acquisition by DMI, he continued in senior leadership roles within the organization.
Stratacomm LLC, an integrated communications agency headquartered in Washington, D.C. announced the promotion of Kara Frank (pictured right) to senior vice president and appointed her to the firm’s executive leadership team, a group integral to guiding the agency’s growth and policy.
Frank’s leadership was instrumental in securing a five-year rebid with a federal government client, one of Stratacomm’s largest wins of the year. She joined Stratacomm in 2019 and has nearly 15 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing and advertising strategy, and public outreach in the transportation and public affairs sectors.
