MGH announced the appointment of Jane Goldstrom as president and chief operating officer. In her new role, she will oversee day-to-day agency operations while continuing to oversee the agency’s media department. The “G” in MGH, Goldstrom founded MGH in 1995 along with Andy Malis and Terra Hopson. In addition to supervising the media department, she has taken a larger role in the agency’s operations in recent years, according to Malis. Goldstrom was previously executive vice president, chief operating officer and media director at MGH. Malis will shift from president to chairman and chief executive officer, focusing on new business.

At Media Works, Allison Shields joined as media planner/buyer and Alexa Hiken is now media assistant.
