Baltimore/Chesapeake Customer Experience Group Launches Jeffrey Davis August 3, 2018 Communications, Marketing, Maryland News, PR, Top Center Sponsored1 CommentCommunications professionals were among those in attendance at the launch of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) Baltimore/Chesapeake Network on Aug. 3 in Annapolis.Organizers Ed Bodensiek, of customer experience firm Cravety, and Greg Derwart, managing director for the State of Maryland’s Department of Commerce and the state’s customer experience leader, welcomed the group at the meeting held at Level.“We had a super turnout and mix of verticals, but most of all, great humans,” Bodensiek said.Derwart and Bodensiek will announce a planning committee as well as CX Day in Maryland set for Oct. 2, 2018.Founded in 2011, the Customer Experience Professionals Association is the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession.
