Storyfarm produced a spot for the Islip, N.Y.-based baked goods brand Cakebites, which produces tiny cakes, according to Dan Gerlach, Storyfarm partner and fan of the coffee cinna-crumb flavor. Storyfarm is a Capitol Communicator sponsor.

Kelly Jones joined Sandy Hillman Communications as an account executive and will work on the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, The Maryland Historical Society and Bomba accounts. Jones comes from Coburn Communication in New York where she was associate account executive.

Maryland Public Television (MPT) announced the addition of Jennifer White to its development division as managing director, digital fundraising. Prior to MPT White was communications director for the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission. Also at MPT, Rhea Feikin, a fixture on television in Maryland since the 1960s and a mainstay on MPT over the past 40-plus years, will retire at the end of February 2020. At present, Feikin hosts two MPT series, “Artworks” and “Chesapeake Collectibles,” and is the network’s principal pledge drive spokesperson.

Nevins & Associates moved to 215 Washington Avenue in downtown Towson to accommodate growing business. “We’re excited about our move to a bustling business district with great restaurants and more within walking distance for our employees, clients, and colleagues,” said President David Nevins. “Our ‘hip’ new space positions us well to recruit qualified candidates supporting our continued growth.”

Warschawski adds Alessandra Moscucci as senior associate, joining from Nevins & Associate where she was an AE.

PROFILES has been selected by the National Marine Manufacturers Association as the agency of record for its 2020 and 2021 Progressive Insurance Baltimore Boat Shows, overseeing media relations, social media and influencer marketing on the organization’s behalf. The 2020 Progressive Insurance Baltimore Boat Show will take place January 23-26, 2020 at the Baltimore Convention Center and will bring over 300 boats to the Maryland, D.C., and Chesapeake Bay region as the largest indoor boat show in the area.
