Weiss PR in Baltimore has been named U.S. agency of record for New Zealand-based Wynyard Group, which offers risk management and crime-fighting software used in investigations and intelligence operations by government agencies and financial organizations. In addition, the agency also will handle public relations for Mind Over Machines, an IT-solutions firm, with offices in Baltimore and Bethesda, that provides application development, data management, and IT consulting for financial services companies and healthcare organizations.
Baltimore-based GKV announces that Stacey Wynia joined as VP/director of public relations and social media. Prior to joining GKV, Wynia worked at Golin as an account supervisor and at Mattel as director of communications. Most recently she worked at Taylor Strategies in New York as senior vice president.
Bonnie Heneson Communications named Cara Foley social media account executive. Prior to joining Bonnie Heneson Communications, Foley was a social media community coordinator for Sinclair Broadcast Group, where she managed more than 70 television station accounts.

Nicole De Luca has been named marketing coordinator at Wilhelm Commercial Builders in Annapolis Junction. She joins from the National Lutheran Communities and Services of Rockville where she was marketing coordinator for NLCS’s The Village at Crystal Spring in Annapolis.
