Blue House DC, the Glover Park-based graphic design agency, launched a new brand identity with the introduction of a new logo, website and voice. Founded in 1994, the company name maintains a nod to its origin—the basement of a blue house in D.C. —but more than just the location has changed in past years.

According to a release, with its new tagline, “always evolving,” Blue House DC “reinforces its commitment to forward-thinking design and successful client-driven relationships. Created in-house by the company’s award-winning team, bluehousedc.com showcases the agency’s portfolio of work with a clean, sharp look that will give clients a clear understanding of who they are and what they have to offer. This new look and voice is further echoed in their newly curated Instagram and Twitter, @bluehousedc.”

“We’ve been in the business for years, and we have continually evolved to make this a relationship our clients want to stay in. We are thrilled that our external appearance now mirrors our internal practices,” said Elinor Van Dyck, owner and creative director at Blue House DC. The company is now a woman-owned business, delivering deadline-meeting, budget-conscious, full-service, innovative design.
