After a storied career with T. Rowe Price, two creative executives have launched Pulp, focused on helping businesses solve the right problems for their clients. Described as “nimble and layer free,” the Baltimore-based agency specializes in financial services with a commitment to small business and nonprofits.
Pulp is headed by LeSales Dunworth, creative director, and John Stranovsky, director of experience design. The two were most recently executive creative director and head of digital, respectively, at T. Rowe Price. The duo has collaborated successfully for years and say they knew they would make a dynamic team. “We just want to do great work for companies that do good and are fun to work with,” said Dunworth.
“It’s exciting to join our collective thinking on behalf of our clients. We challenge each other and that amplifies everything we do,” Stranovsky told the Capitol Communicator. He noted their extensive and diverse experience and expertise including qualitative research and applied empathy.
Pulp is growing their client list which includes Meeder Investment Management, Scharf Investments, Ready at Five, Board of Certification, Chrissy Gemmill Jewels and T. Rowe Price. “They are highly skilled strategic thinkers and stellar creatives. I can always depend on them to know what me and my clients need and to deliver beyond expectations,” said Bruce Hoffman, CMO, Scharf Investments.
“We are creative strategists, who roll up our sleeves to figure out the best solutions to elevate our clients’ brands. Their trust and peace of mind, is important to us,” Dunworth said.
