Capitol Communicator launched a new feature, Brand Creep, produced by Dennis Goris, president and creative director of Goris Communications in Alexandria, VA.

Goris told Capitol Communicator, “I’ve been in the creative business a long time and have found myself in many situations filled with controversy, irony, and just plain silliness. Brand Creep was conceived to poke fun at issues and situations that arise in the business of communication, especially in the D.C. region.”

Goris Communications (formerly Bremmer & Goris), launched in 1984, has been involved in branding, messaging and communications for hundreds of associations and nonprofits. Goris helps organizations identify what makes them unique and creates strategies to help tell their story.

In addition to many of the nation’s largest advocacy organizations, Goris has directed campaigns and programs for corporate brands including American Express, Amtrak, AOL, GE and Google, as well as Washington Gas, the US Army and others, and served as a judge for design competitions, including the ADDY’s awards.
Goris is on the adjunct facility of Johns Hopkins University and has been profiled by Capitol Communicator in Cade Martin’s Up Close and Personal series. You can view the profile of Goris here:
