Bruce Norby has joined Response Labs as Account Director on the Client Services team. “Bruce’s experience in loyalty marketing spans two decades across numerous industries—travel and hospitality, financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, agriculture, tech services and more,” states an agency release.

“Adding Bruce’s exceptional background to our team is fantastic,” remarked Jen Aldinger, Partner and Director of Client Service at Response Labs. “His seasoned perspective and depth of knowledge is helping shape our growing team.”

Complimenting Norby’s marketing experience, he spent several years teaching, coaching and training in secondary and higher education and corporate settings.  Serving and helping others—clients, family or friends—pursue their goals is Norby’s aim. At his core, he deeply believes in “living courageously on purpose.”

“As a life-long collaborator and team-builder, I look forward to bringing my years of experience in the consumer loyalty marketing world to the exciting and growing culture here at Response Labs,” said Norby. “Listening intently to client needs, leveraging the combined skills of our internal teams, all while evolving client business objectives with creative strategic solutions.”

Norby and his wife have five children (including identical twins) and an 85-pound Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix named Walker. Between the demands of family and work, he enjoys skiing in Colorado, hiking and taking in beautiful sunsets. He has somehow also found time to lead and participate in ten separate mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

Response Labs is a Capitol Communicator sponsor.
